Zero energy building
Such a building is not using the external sources of energy:- The energy efficiency is achived by:
- thermal insulation of external walls - min. 40 cm thick ,
- windows and doors with higher energy standard,
- controlled and adequate ventilation with recuperation,
- advance system of using renewable energy for covering part of the energy demands.
