Low-energy building
According to the mutual agreement the energy efficient building is using not more than
45% energy comparing to standard heat demand at the building that is fullfiling the minimal standard of building regulation.
The energy efficiency is achived by: - thermal insulation of external walls - min. 20 cm thick ,
- windows and doors with highest energy standard,
- controlled and adequate ventilation with recuperation,
- using renewable energy for covering part of the energy demands,
- heat pomp as an option.
